Let the three numbers be A,B and C respectively
A:B = 2:3 ———— i
B:C = 5:8 ———— ii

Multiplying (i) by 5 and (ii) by 3,

A:B = 10:15
B:C = 15:24

A:B:C=10:15:24

Sum of ratio = 10+15+24=49
B = (15/49)*90
